First things first, one star was lost due to lack of communication at the beginning. Website clearly states 7-14 days tailoring-period plus up to 7 days delivery.
Even after 16 days passed there was no progress-updates, order-status was simply "order placed". After inquiry I was told tailoring-process was actually 20 days and delivery would follow after that - which didn't hold up, either, the message with "order-status Update tailoring finished ready for shipment" came after 48 days.
Delivery was quick tho, and really took only 5 days.
So, yeah, please do communicate different tailoring-periods if they're that drastically different from what's stated on your site, it made me quite anxious this would turn out like my last order here one year ago which never arrived.

Anyways, the cosplays arrived and I for my part am okay with it (I've got Tifa) - the shirt is too bright, the stripes have the wrong color but that you can already tell from the product-picture. Dying it darker won't be a problem for me.
The white bikini-thing underneath is kind of terrible and I'm very glad it's barely visible. The material is too thin, almost transparent safe for the bits where the pads are placed, I can't show this on a public platform. Doesn't hold boobs either, but I kinda anticipated that, anything bigger than B is always problematic when ordering cosplays.
The trousers are really short, acvording to the originsl character-design tho, and the belt is actual faux-leather, which surprised me, I kinda feared plastic.

So, all in all it's okay for casual cosplaying and even conventions. If you want to stay close to the actual character-design there's quite the changes you have to make tho, starting with the colors of the shirt and the bikini-top.

Aerith is for my friend so I can't say much abt it but from what I saw it looked very cute and the colors are more accurate to the OG-character.

We both ordered M and it fits both of us; I'm 1,63m and measure [****] just so you have an estimate.
